SCHEDULING/HOURS OF SERVICE

How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?
While on rare occasions we are able to fit an appointment in under short notice, we highly encourage clients to enroll in our maintenance program to avoid a one to two week wait for their appointment.

What are your hours of service?
Our hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm. Earlier or later appointments may be arranged on a case by case basis.

I have 3 dogs and a cat. Can you groom them all at 1 time?
Certainly. With multiple pet households, we can take pets into the van one at a time or stagger them, depending on the needs of the pet.

How long does the grooming take?
While most pets take an hour or so, some larger dogs, or more complicated trim patterns, will require a longer period of time. A time range will be available for your breed at time of booking. These are usually accurate to within a half an hour. At the time of your initial appointment your groomer will be able to give you a more accurate time estimate upon inspection of the dog.

COST

What is your cost compared to other groomers?
When you take into account the higher quality of the groom, and the value of your time saved by the convenience of to-your-door service, the price difference is quite small. Our prices are based on time rather than breed. That said, our smaller breeds tend to be slightly higher priced, and our larger breeds slightly lower.
