Do you work with aggressive or uncooperative pets? Do you charge extra for these pets?
We find many pets that were uncooperative or aggressive in the hectic atmosphere of a grooming shop are more at ease in the one-on-one atmosphere of the van. We have worked with many pets that were turned away from other groomers due to behavior problems. While we do not charge an additional fee for pets with behavior problems, the groom may take a little longer than normal as we work to gain their trust and recondition them. On very rare occasions do we need to refer a pet to a veterinary clinic's grooming salon for sedation grooming.

FREQUENCY

How often should I have my pet groomed?
That depends upon the breed, hairstyle and home maintenance. We recommend trimmed dogs and dogs in the Shed-less program be seen on average of every 4-6 weeks. We highly recommend any dog be groomed at least 3-4 times a year for health reasons.
